A Writer's Manifesto:

As the years go by, I realize more and more that how I see the world is fundamentally shaped by something in my brain that makes life poetic - monstrous - distilled. If I'm not writing this stuff down, then I lose track of myself, and I begin to believe that I'm a number of things I am not, such as alone, weird, confused, and utterly sealed into a fortress of my own understanding.

Being a writer is simply a fact, and a way of being in the world. It shouldn't be embarrassing, histrionic, shameful, or a waste of time and resources. It's not indulgent, messy, pretentious or pointless. It's just something that I do, and the more it's done, the better. And the more squeamish it makes me, the more interesting it seems to be.

Hence my interest in literary arts journals, organizations and non-profits. Here goes my small cluster of links:
